Will this affect my credit?
No. We do not run a credit check to approve you, and the agreement is not reported as a loan. Applying costs you nothing and leaves no mark.
What if I want to pay it off early?
You can pay off at any point in the term. You pay less than the remaining scheduled payments, and there is no penalty for doing it. Call or text and we will give you the exact payoff figure that day.
How do I make a payment?
Online through the customer portal, by phone or text, by autopay, or by mail. Autopay is the one most people set up and forget.
How long until it is delivered?
Usually one to four weeks. It depends on whether the unit is in stock at your dealer or being built, and on your site being ready for delivery.
Do I need to own the land?
No, but you do need permission to place the unit where it is going. If you rent, your landlord needs to be fine with it before delivery.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Give us a call, ideally before the due date. There is almost always a way to work it out, and we have more options than most people expect.
